Luke 14:28
“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?”
As believers in Christ, success in life and destiny does not happen by chance—it requires planning. Jesus emphasized the importance of counting the cost before building, teaching us that planning is spiritual and essential. Many destinies suffer not from a lack of vision, but from a lack of structured, Spirit-led planning.
You must regularly set goals and attach timelines and boundaries to them. Write down what the Holy Spirit impresses on your heart. Then act on it, and remain accountable. Don’t merely hope for a great future—plan for it with God. The Holy Spirit is your ultimate strategist. Partner with Him and you will see transformation in every area of life.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for the wisdom to plan my life. Help me to always consult You in all things. Teach me to listen, to write, and to act. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Quote:
Failing to plan with God is planning to fail in destiny.
